Biography: I have worked in Clinical pharmacology & Pharmacokinetics, Shionogi & Co., Ltd. since 1992. I studied to provide optimal dosage of anticancer agent of platinum based on renal function by PK/PD analysis and I earned my PhD in pharmaceutical sciences from Kyoto University in 2005. I went to Stanford university School of Medicine (anesthesia department) for study abroad as postdoctoral fellow from 2005 to 2006. I had maintained a software for therapeutic drug monitoring of vancomycin which Dr. Yano developed in 1998, for 10 years or more. I work as clinical pharmacology representative for drug development and implement clinical pharmacology strategies in the drug development.
