Biography: Hong-l,chein completed his education in school of medicine national defence medical centre at Taiwan later he completed his pharmacology at university of oxford at united kingdom later He completed his school of public health at Tulane university. He completed his college of management in national Taiwan university at Taiwan present he working as emeritus professor College of Health Sciences, Chang Jung Christian University at Taiwan.
